There all soldered to circuit boards, you have to remove all the boards from everything, desoldering the existing LEDs and replace with colour of your choice. The window switch lights are super tiny. Any other questions feel free to private msg me.

color match on that double din kit is pretty good to the climate unit. Though it looks a bit odd with the radio up so high and that wasted space down below it. Any plans to add anything below the head unit?

Thanks I'm happy with how it turned out. i had also thought there was a odd amount of space below the head unit, I was thinking some USB charging hubs but then there would be wires pluged in everywhere and I'm kinda OCD with that stuff lol. Any ideas?

well you can't fit anything substantial really...first thought would be an EQ or a switch panel, maybe radar detector display? Maybe even just cut in a standard pocket to have some storage space?

Nah, leave it clean, just the way it is. If mine didn't have Nav I would follow your install to the T.

I second this. I am planning on doing this install myself (putting in a 2-DIN radio w. nav). I will for sure be silk screening the 'LEXUS' name on the plastic at least in the meantime ... much like the stock setup.

Could even do a Lexus badge on there if you wanted, dunno if it'd look good though.

I've got a brand new chrome Lexus badge, I've held it up there but it doesn't look right. Maybe just a vinyl lexus sticker would look better. I like the radar detector idea! Keep the good ideas coming. I'm glad everyone likes the install!

How about something like this, but trimmed down, just the Lexus letters (not the L)?

The badge I have is the letters but I agree something like that would look much better. I would also like one for the rear bumper like the picture.

No chrome. Too much chrome always looks tacky.
Just simple LEXUS silk screen like the one found on the OEM CD deck ... Clean and simple.

Ya that's a really good idea, that would give it that OEM look. where could you get something like that done? Same place that silk screen shirts?

I would say any sign making shop has the capability to silk screen on ABS plastic.
Cost should be minimal considering how tiny it is, although only 1 run of it ...

Or if you wanted some sort of vinyl decal printup, I'm sure they've got something.
