Default Problems with InvisibleMask.com

Has anyone else on this board done business with InvisibleMask.com for Clear Bra paint protection film kits?

I ordered a kit almost a week ago and have been trying to reach them to cancel/change the order since Saturday. They don't answer their phones, don't return messages and have not responded to emails (so far). Their online chat has been offline since Saturday (maybe before, I don't know).

I have never personally done business with them but I have seen some of the kits they sale. The patterns are not very good and designed for people to self install. I would never install one because the results would have too many seem lines in it. Everyone I have spoken with has been able to reach them though. I would keep trying... there is no reason why they cant be reached.

Why are you trying to return the kit?

I ordered a kit for an RX350, then we changed our mind and got an ES350 instead. Basically, I was trying to exchange kits.

A lot of companies wont exchange kits.... some will with a restocking fee though. So you were going to do this as a self install?

I finally raised enough Hell that they agreed to a refund. I placed a new order with another company, ClearMask, and damned if they aren't just as bad! They charged my credit card on the day I placed the order, sent me a confirmation, and no way to check to see when the product will ship. I have left three phone messages and three emails, no response! What is up with these guys?

Yeah I know the owner at ClearMask. He owed me a lot of money and basically wouldnt pay. If you are still looking for a kit let me know. I have some reliable sources. Also ClearMask is basically the uncoated Ventureshield... not a very good film.

I paid $150 for 12" of VentureShield along the front hood edge. The guy does the installs at the 2 local Lexus dealers. VentureShield is owned by 3M, if you surf the web you'll find it will not yellow like the other 3M product.....could be why they were purchased.
