whats the solution? Does the 2010 overhead console use led or regular filament bulbs? Damnit yet another part I want from a 2010 lol. I never realized there were so many small but difference making upgrades.
I can install the lamp I have an ES350 2007 and install a lamp of the 2012 a regular bulbs that you can exchange for LED will need help from a person who works with electronics because you have to do welding for a better finish I do not know much English if you have a person who speaks Spanish I can explain it better you can write me or call 7876673851 if I do not answer you can leave a message

primo entonce usted le pudo adaptar uno de un carro 2010? Todo le trabajo igual después de el trabajo? *Tuvieron que cortar y soldar los cables para hacerle las conexiones correctas? *Los bombillos que trayen lo de el 2010 son led de alta lumen o son los bombillos simple y corriente de Filamentos gracias.*

si pude hacerlo y todo funciona solo todabia estoy trabajando con el micrófono del radio tube que cortar y soldar cables por que el es350 del 2010 al 2012 tiene mas cables a hora mismo no está funcionando el safety connections por que no hice las conexiones por que aqui en puerto rico no funciona cabe la probabilidad que si consigues toda la cableria del techo puede ser que funcione todo sin que tengas que hacer ninguna adaptación creo que es el mismo solo que tiene mas cables en en area de la lampara hay un documento que unos de los usuarios subio es importante que lo bajes por que con ese documento es vital para ponela a funcionar y las bombillas son de filamentos T10 pero se puede cambiar a led por que no son integradas

if I could do it and everything works just still I am working with the radio tube microphone that cut and solder cables because the es350 from 2010 to 2012 has more cables at the same time the safety connections are not working but why I did not make the connections because here in puerto rico does not work the probability that you get all the wiring of the ceiling may be that everything works without you having to make any adaptation I think it is the same only that has more cables in the area of the lamp there is a document that of users it is important that you download it because with that document it is vital to put it to work the bulbs with T10 filament but it can change to LED because they are not integrated
thanks for that. apparently the bulb swap in a 2007 is difficult and requires some dismantling/soldering? I see the ebay has a tan 2012 overhead console for 90US. People say that physically its an identical swap w a 2007, and only the wiring is a problem. I have no interest in any electrical hookup except the lights/sunroof so using a previous posts wiring 07 and 2012 wiring pinouts it should possible to jury rig something to have proper connect?
yazen27 post seem to indicate that he has done it but how, the post is unclear, perhaps if he used shorter sentences/point form instruction it would be more clearer (please no offense meant )

As I said before I do not know much English I do what I can if you get all the wiring of the roof of an ES350 2012 I am 80% sure that it will work without having to make cuts and welds really does not change only the cables are organized in another way
