Window Roll down from FOB key

When I press and hold the "open lock" sign on the FOB, the 4 windows did not roll down? Does ES350 2010 have this feature?

Yes but you need the dealer to set this when you do your 1000 mile check up. I had mine done but I asked them not to have the sun roof open when the windows did.

I wonder if there a limit of feet to activate it, i wish i can do it far away and it doesn't work, i have to be close to 8 feets away to activate it, too bad.

Ahh - do you can have the sunroof portion disabled? Might have to have them switch it next time I'm there for an oil change or something.

I've actually actuated the cycle from about 30', but you need a reasonable clear line of sight. The sunroof always opens last and you need to hold the button down.

I tried mine today at 60 feet and it works OK. I think it will work up to maybe 100 ft. You need to have a clear shot at the car. Just give it a try.

Wow, that far. Odd, i recently had new battery on the fob. the rear light does bling far but the windows does not lower until i get around 30 feet away. I will give it a try with no obstacles, thanks

So was this feature OFF by default on a 2010?

I just bought a 2010 IS250 and mine doesnt work either when I hold the unlock button on the Fob..

I don't know about the IS250 but my ES350 was not set and had to be done by the dealer.

Dealer has to set both the IS250 and the ES350

Hmm, you should have to them add this feature for your car, I am from Texas too, its pretty hot here. As far as i know, my co-workers : his's 2005 LS430, 05 LX470 n 2008 GS350 have this feature, n hers 2004 SC430, 2008 IS350 N 2010 LX570 all have this features, and my 2008 ES350 has this feature without asking the dealer to program it for me, and 2 weeks ago, I just bought a 2010 RX350, and it comes with this feature already, i guess they know how HOT Texas's weather can get, I think you need to tell the dealer.. n I am sure yours shoud have this feature. :)
