Default ES 350 Brake Questions

Hi folks... Can anyone tell me what pads and rotors to buy for my '07 ES350? I'm not sure about brand-reliability but I've done a little research, and am naturally becoming confused. I have a few questions:
1) Should I use ceramic pads, and are they better?
2) Although replacing the rotors may not be 100% necessary, is it better to do so?
3) What brands are best and where can I purchase them?

Thanks to whomever answers my post !!

Did my front brakes earlier this year. Rotors were not available through Auto Zone etc so my garage go the parts from the Toyota / Lexus dealer. Advocate of OEM pads at least to insure no brake noise. Be sure to replace the shims (extra $) as they will contribute to noisy brakes.

Default ES Brakes

Many thanks for the reply. I ended up going with all OEM parts which I bought at substantial discount from a Toyota dealer in Texas.... Cheaper than NJ dealer, even with shipping !! Brakes are perfect and quiet.
Thanks again for your answer.
