Alarm Makes no Arming Beep...why?

Our 08 ES350 just starting doing something funky. When you arm the alarm it makes no beeping sound. When you disarm the alarm it beeps twice (like it should). The car just came back from service, perhaps there is some button that disables the arming sound? Help please.

There are programmable functions for this. Take it back to the dealer that did the work.
