Default Please help with entering voicemail into 2009 ES Address Book

Just purchased 2009 ES350. I am trying to enter my work voicemail into the navigation/address book. It does have the option to enter the pauses though I don't know how many seconds each one provides.

However, when entering phone number, user ID and password, I run of out of characters to enter right before my password.

Is it possible to do this under 2 entries and have them dialed right after each other?

Would like to hear how other owners are handling this? Please advise.

Thanks.

I had the same problem with my 07. I used the "speed tones" to resovle. I programed one for my extension number, one for my password, and a couple more for common voice mail prompts. The manual will give you the details.

It actually does a good job telling you how to do pauses and the like.

I am looking thorough the manuals and don't see anything in these manuals referring to entering the pauses. Did you find it in the Main Owner's Manual, Quick Technology Guide, Navigation Owner's Manual or on the DVD?

I could never get the pauses to work. Let us know if you succeed.

Still cannot get P or W to work. The pauses don't work because there is nothing about how to use them in the manual.

I have been able to program the Speed Tones. However, you have to tell the system to dial the speed tone once you have made the call.

I am trying to get my voicemail number and then ID/code all into the same call so you don't have to issue 2 separate commands every time.

There has to be a way to do this. Hopefully, someone reading this can help.
