06 Sienna Nav disk in 08 ES350

06 Sienna Nav disk in 08 ES350
Is there a way to make this nav disk from an 06 sienna, which allows you to override the nav system, work in an 08 es350? i have a backup copy and have not been able to make a hybrid that works. any help would be greatly appreciated.
