And Then There Were Three
well after a test drive of the 5 series, the rx, the cayenne the es and the e350, we have narrowed it down to the last three. the 2008 es 350, the 2008 rx 350, and the 2008 bmw 528 xi, unforthunetly, my choice the 2008 porsche cayyenne didnt make the cut :( but anyways we will be taking the es the rx and the 5 series all out for a 48 hour test drive and hopefully, if everything works out and my dad gives in ( which he rarely does) we will be in a new car by the end of september. now that may seem like a long ways away, but it takes my dad 3 months to buy a new car ,so a month and a half isnt that bad of a wait. o and by the way, we will be leasing the car. but even if my dad gets the beamer we will still be with the lexus family because of our 2001 lx and we will keep the es in storage at the dads office for me to drive in 3 years i hope :) so thanks for the inpiut everyone

Interesting choices. All are so different from one another.
It really has to end up to preference. And necessity... |
Yeah - definitely a variety of choices there. Often ends up that way in our household too, though. I can't remember the last time a vehicle purchase came down to exactly two (or more) vehicles in the same market niche. In our case, the RX350 as in the hunt when my wife decided on the ES.
Good luck with the decision there - definitely some fine vehicles on the list. |
yea the only reason the bmw is there is cause i talked my dad into it, thats how he got the es he has now, i talked him into that one to lol
|
another quuestion, since we r considering these cars, and i know the es has ventilated seats, do u know when and if the rx will get them, and if the 5 series even has them ?
