I have a ES350 2009, i saw Check VSC, and the car vibrate, what could be the problem?

A diagnostic scan should be done first; hence the codes thrown would reveal much. As regards vibration a good Toyota/Lexus technician or engineer will have to look into that probably engine mount is worn, bad joints, bad shocks or strut.

As above.........get the codes. The ECM will often disable the TC and VSC if the engine develops a performance issue such as a cylinder misfire, which can cause engine vibration.

Usually, it's a bad coil. If so, a CEL reader will pinpoint which one(s) need replacing. Or, it could be something completely different - get a CEL reader.
