I just received a Product Quality Survey from Lexus for my ES350

Is this something they send to all new owners?

Sounds like it. Does it have..making the most of your Lexus sales experience...in type on the front panel?

If so, seems it is the one sent out within a month or two of purchase.

Definately not for sales. This is for reporting problems with the car, plus a few questions like What you like most, least and would like to see offered.

I have not gotten anything like that for current ES350 purchased late October or prior purchased in late July.

Does it say who is conducting the survey, maybe on last page of survey including a website?

Yeah, that is definitely not the same survey I received for either car, sales experience is was what I received.

Maybe you are one the first to receive it in the mail and the rest will follow.

We received the survey shortly after we got our car in mid-May. I don't remember how long it was after the purchase though.

I don't think it would.

I think Lexbob is talking about the sales experience survey which includes dealership questions, sales person experience etc. and some vehicle condition questions.

We got the Product Quality Survey per static's link, which I completed online. We got a survey for the sales/service/dealer experience which was hard copy, mail in only. This one came after the PQS was completed.

I have only ever received the sales/dealer one, I have never gotten a product quality survey for either ES350.

I went to the website log in page of the Product Quality Survey and can tell that is a survey I never have received for either car.

The mail in one for sales/dealer etc., I have gotten that one for both cars within about a month of purchase.

It turned out ok, certainly well enough for me to know for certain I have never gotten one of them for either car I have had/have.

My second car was transacted October 31.
