Default Chromed UL wheels

Anyone else have the UL wheels in chrome? When I negotiated the deal for my car (an internet deal), the dealer told me the car had chrome UL wheels and tried to get me to buy them for $1,995 extra. I told them I wasn't interested and to just swap them with the standard wheels from another UL. When it came time to ship the car, they told me that they did not have another UL to swap wheels with so I will be getting the chrome wheels for free! Having never seen them, I honestly was not sure if I would like them, but I really like how they complement the car.

Same thing happened to me. When I got my black on black UL, they had crome wheels on it and wanted 3k for them, but I managed to get them for free. I really liked them. I think they went well with the crome doornobs. Also I got a "black kit" install, which I also thought made the car really cool (although some punk stole it off the back of my car a month later).

Not sure exactly which "chrome" wheels you are referring to but the UL comes "standard" with polished alloy wheels. They are different and imho much nicer than the regular ES wheels. I have them. They look great on black.

I have seen the chromed ES350 wheels on e-bay. Considering but will wait and see after winter in Northeast PA is over (Still waiting to start though).

mattvds - I agree, the chrome wheels tie in with the door handles and window trim nicely. Did you happen to get your car from Mission Viejo as I did?

e-mel - The wheels I am talking about are not a Lexus item. They are the 10 spoke Ultra wheels that have been chrome plated. My spare is still the graphite Ultra wheel, which I agree is a very good looking wheel.

garsarno - I have seen them on eBay as well, both the PP wheel and Ultra wheel in chrome. The Ultra's (10 spoke) are going for about $900 if I recall.
