I just got a 2010 ES350... Tried to reprogram from "lock out of park" to "lock at 13 mph" a dozen times following the manual and Dr. I can't get it to work. I followed the manual, and Dreyfus' clarifications precisely. With and without attempts to disable the default "P" setting first. No luck. Calling the dealer tomorrow!
