Default Engine Compartment In ES350

If you pop open the hood on an ES350 you'll see a plastic cover that covers most everything in the engine compartment. In the owners manual they tell you how to remove it, but my question is, what kind of tool is required to do this job....without destroying the clips that hold it in? Is there some sort of tool to release these clips?

If the clips are the same as my GX, you simply push the center of the clip down and then just pull the whole clip out. Simple. To reinsert, you just pull the center pin of the clip out past the center position, place the clip into the hole and then just push the center pin down till its flush.

It most probably is the same type of clip from your explanation. Thank you for your help.
