ES 350 Pictures Out !!!
 

I just spotted some new ES350 pictures. Check them out:

The exterior looks a bit blend. And I totally hate the interior rounded center panel. It looks so ugly that it alone discorages me from getting the car :egads: . Now I am so sure that will be getting the GS350 when it comes out.

I definitely like it more than the current ES330.

I used to not like the exterior of the current ES330 when it first came out. It looked too "tall" and the front grill looked a bit out of place. But I got used to it after two years or so.

I like the exterior of the new ES350. I think it looks better. But not great. Maybe I'll get used to its interior's rounded middle panel after a while. But for the current es330 has my vote on the front panel.

Am I crazy or is that a glass top I see? :uh:

No you're not crazy, it's a panoramic glass roof with 2 retractable panels. :thumbup:

It looks like a GS mated with an IS. And came up with an ES body.

Love the front the rear views of the car but the side angel looks too much like the current ES 330 :sad: ....overall, I like it!! :woohoo:

I agree, it looks more like the RL from the front and an IS from the rear, no originality here :sad:

Exactly! The MCV30 looks much, much better IMHO. :sad:

Not sure if I'm a fan of the glass roof idea. :confused: :uh:

I don't mind the lack of originality as long as the copy cat job is done right. For example if the 350 looks almost like the current GS or a good looking BMW, I'd still like it. In fact originality doesn't work out for me in the ES350 case: look at how funny the rounded the *original* center console looks.

After looking at the exterior a few more times I am starting to see more "Toyota Coralla" in the backend! The front looks fine but if you think about it, most ES will have a license plate hanging in between the "\ /" shape lip line. That will make the car look like a rabbit. Actually more like a hampster! I did an MS Paint job and I think it looks a bit funny.

If someone has the extra time, maybe we can get a Photoshop'ed ES350 with a WA (or any white license plate will do) licence plate on it for our entertainment. :D

The dash center stack resembles, um.... a woman's private parts...
 

Ugly dashboard to say the least.

Very nice! I really like the roofline from the rear, 3/4 view. Looks like a panoramic roof! I see that Lexus will be continuing the "L-Finesse look" on the new ES.
