My lexus es350 2010 front bumper is broken. I have following questions:
1. Is there any carbra or tape etc which I can use? It is old car and really don't want to spend too much money on it.
2. If I have to replace the bumper, then do I need to install fender liners (right and left) and bottom engine splash shield?
3. Could someone please share or point me to a thread which shows all the part # I need?
for the lower part, look on amazon for a plastic welder. you would need to take the bumper off to get a good chance of it working. for the wheel well, maybe you could move the tab that receives a screw up a little, drill new holes and attach. if your car is in decent enough condition, you might just look for a bumper in junk yard. just as much work and you'll have a better end product.
After plastic welding, can I prime, paint, and clear coat it? I recently painted some parts and got very good results.

IoT, for the inner fender well, I have superglued a washer to cover the area that was broken out. You must get a bolt that will fit the clip on the fender but the washer will hold very well. I don't have a fix for the bottom part but sure you can paint the area.

I'm guessing you would plastic weld it from the backside. if your wanting to make it look good, then your gonna need to cover the crack on the outside with some sort of bondo, not sure what works for that type of plastic. if you look at the plastic welders on amazon, many have videos of showing the process.
