A/c system completely blacked out and wont turn on at all no matter what i press. After scanning through obd port this is what i got. I haven't been able to find online where the blend doors are located in this car. Im not sure if i have to remove the dashboard or not so id rather find info online before doing all of that.

 

On ES gens 1 to 4, you can get at the doors by going underneath the dash on both sides, pulling back the carpet and panel on the side of the center console (easy). You can see them screwed in, and by pushing the controls why eyeballing them, you can see if the arm is moving and they are actuating.

Probably the same on 5th gen; can’t promise. The look like this:


$20 each for a generic one is typical; they were the same as OE - these things are not rocket science, just little circular sensors and low-voltage motors. In fact you may be open the existings ones, clean them and re-lube the gears, and make them work fine. I’ve done that before.
