So I have been looking into replacing the mirrors on my 2009 es 350. They work fine, however I very much like the look of the 2012 ones with the blinker indicator on the side. Will these 2012 es 350 mirrors fit on an 09? They look identical and the plug are seemingly identical as well.

The plug is not the same. You would have to replace the plug and to get the power from the turn signal.
