There's a huge thread about it on the forums here, https://www.clublexus.com/forums/cl-...models-39.html.

If you have any questions, feel free to message me and I can help out.
can you provide more details. The purchasing of unit seems odd as a guy emails you but I also wanted to know what it cost to install the unit

What kind of details are you specifically looking for? I emailed sale02@binarytek.cn and paid through PayPal after talking with him for a day or two. It was a lot of trust I guess, as there was no "official" buying or anything, just paying over PayPal. The Binary unit is the same as the Lexion unit AFAIK, I just chose to purchase through Reyn instead.

I've been using the unit for over a year and a half now without any issue. I haven't requested any updates though, but it's not like it would matter, as wireless AA/CP work perfectly. I do not use the Android system at all.

I'm not sure how much install would be to be completely honest, everything was done DIY. I have purchased the unit two times (one for an ES350 and one for an ES300h) from Reyn and the 2nd time was around half a year ago. It came with a very detailed instruction manual and you can follow that, I also followed a BeatSonic video on how to open up the dashboard to replace the unit.

I have seen some posts mentioning that they are replacing it with a 12.3 inch unit that looks similar to the ones on the 7ES, however I think they are still selling the 10.25 inch unit that I have too. I prefer the 10.25 as it looks more integrated into the dashboard.

Ok Thanks- I have been looking at the Lexion- was not sure if it came with an official warranty in case of any defects- makes sense it's all on trust system.

I will be purchasing it- I don't want to do the install myself so will see if a local shop can offer a good price.
Thanks
