Default 2011 lexus es

hi there new over here
i have noise comes from rear end, i changed sway bar bushings, and the arms
but the noise still there

How many miles on the car?

Did you check the car jack or other components in your trunk? They can become loose and make a lot of rattles.

its almost 75.000mil and I've checked the jack its held in place will

Check your brakes. Make sure the slide pins are greased and able to move and that nothing is rubbing.
