Default Front wheel liners

Good Afternoon,

I have a 2018 ES sedan and I've noticed when I go through a car wash the front wheel liners on both sides come apart and buckle out. I try to re attached them but they are not staying together as tight as they should be. Is anyone else having this problem and should I see my dealer about this?

Thanks,
fdiphill

I just purchased my 2016 and it has the issue but I would have assumed it was from the previous owner... maybe not

The only way I get around it is to go through a soft touch or no touch car wash. But this should handle a regular car wash.

Is it possible you can post a picture of exactly what you are talking about?

I treat my car pretty rough, machine washes and regular trips in the mud at construction sites, and have never had this issue. I would be willing to bet it is previous owners doing something. Or maybe it is a 2016+ issue since I have a 2013.
