check BSM system
If you just purchased the car last week, take it back and request they fix it.. Hopefully the dealer (seller?) included some sort of warranty. I'm quite sure the diagnosis and repair is not a DIY project as specialized equipment will be required. Here is an older thread on BSM issues which might give you some insight.

I replaced one of the backside sensor (sensor Blind spot monitor) then the system was working for one week and then when I closed the side mirrors again the alarm start showing "Check BSM system" and it stopped working again ?

I had a similar issue and it was something related to the mirror causing the Check BSM message. I replaced the entire mirror and it fixed the issue, but you may be able to just replace the glass or the connections to it for the warning light, but it is probably easier just to replace the entire thing.

Looking at a 2013 RX and the BSM light is on as well. There’s no visible signs of rear bumper damage at all.
After searching the site I’m been seeing several solutions for this error. I guess I’ll start buy negotiating $750 off and split the cost of a PPI. Other wise the car is really nice at first view/drive.
im interested in seeing what is your issue? Please let us know....
