Default 94 es300 electrical issues

I recently bought an 94 es300 from my friend's dad for $150 with some bumps and bruises. Runs and drives great though (besides the valve cover gaskets and lower control arm bushings which I'm about to fix). Anyways none of the power options in the interior work, power seats, door locks, mirrors, and none of the windows. But the gauges, heater controls, and stereo still work. I checked the interior fuse box by the steering wheel and 1 in the engine bay that seemed to have the fuses I was looking for and all the fuses in each were good. I was thinking fuse because it sounds like all of the interior stuff just stopped one day and it would be crazy luck if all of the motors and actuators for all of those systems just stopped working at once. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Take a trusted volt meter and see if your getting power to fuse box and go from there.
