The low beam bulbs (inner) you can get to without any of that complication (no need to pull the fender liner)...the high beam bulbs are tucked away and more difficult to get to.
In case anyone else gets misleading information the low beam headlights are LED , and are NOT replaceable! When the light fails the whole lamp is replaced by Lexus. There is no.part number for the low beam bulbs for a 2018ES350.
I am guessing that it's possible to.open the headlamp in an oven and maybe access and replace the bulb, but that's more than too much work.
I still have hope that the.headlight aim can be adjusted, but sadly none.of the.info posted here will work.on a 2018 Es350
Stu, see post #14 above? The first photo shows the low beams (outer) ON and they ARE HID (Xenon) and they do have the auto-levelling feature (which is only available with the HID bulbs and which DO show up on the build list for my unit). The bulb IS replaceable and from directly under the hood...no fender liner removal required. See post #15 in https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es-...-question.html for a further description and photos. I see that the 2018 ES brochures for Canada or the US listed LED headlights and this was about HID bulbs. Perhaps you could take a couple of photos of your headlights from both inside the hood and out? I think you said above that you did not have that geared wheel that is used for the vertical adjustment? We may be talking about apples and oranges.
It may be possible for you to check your owner manual to see what they have listed for replacement bulbs (if any).

I finally found an online manual for 2018 and I see that you do have LED low beam headlamps and there is no bulb listed for them. I apologize for thinking that Lexus would not have used a non-replaceable bulb although it seems improbable that they’d design a light that had no way of adjusting vertically. Good luck with your quest for more light. Are they auto-levelling as well?

I'd appreciate if you would stop posting incorrect info in this thread. It's not helpful.
Repectfully. maybe you could please exit the thread now so I can wait for correct information to assist me.

How about you be a bit more specific...if you do not have HID but have LED, then say so rather than making the erroneous generalization that "In case anyone else gets misleading information the low beam headlights are HID". (You erred there since YOUR low beam headlights are LED, not HID as you stated, whereas mine certainly are HID). This forum is open to all members of Gen 6 and every year there are differences in the standard builds...particularly as regards to headlights. It is helpful if complete information is given than just...I have a 2018... Thank you for your consideration and have a very Merry Christmas. In the other thread you had we told you the adjustment screw a few times. A long Phillips screwdriver in this slot and turn. Maybe you should take it to a body shop.
