Default I need your help!

Hello. I have 1998 ES300.
Today I found some part in engine room is broken. But I don't know what is the part.
Could you help me? What is this part? Inside rubber(I guess) stiffened and was broken to piece.
And is it dangerous driving this car without repair?

That's the passenger side, motor mount. "Dog-bone mount" as sometimes called.

Default Upper Motor Mount/"Dog Bone" replacement

Greetings:

The "dog bone" is very inexpensive (I think I bought mine on Ebay for under $20) and a simple two bolt removal to install the new one. This should take less than 10 minutes for the replacement to be installed. The smoothness of shifting to and from reverse and drive will be noticeably smoother.

Good luck,
