I changed those to LED and they look fine. Be careful with the mirror glass.

Any chance you remember where you got the bulbs the T10s superbrightleds have are $15 a piece... Want to see if theres any other options before buying these.

I can’t find the exact same type but I know they have to be short and flat because there’s no space for bigger ones.

how do you install the bulb? I figured it was as simple as popping the glass covering the bulb out and replce it.
*EDIT.. i just found this quote from someone on this forum, is it correct?

Tilt the mirror towards the inside of the car and up

reach for the bottom outside(away from the car) corner and wedge your fingers in that gap

apply some nice steady pressure until you pop out the bottom taps..

push up to unhinge the top hooks

do not worry about the white gooey stuff... and jsut let the mirror dangle.

you'll have 4 philips head screws i think.. unscrew them

wiggle the housing apart and there you have it.
*EDIT!! I tried the above method very carefully, and I somehow managed to crack my mirror glass..

I found a couple non-OEM mirror glass for around $20. Any idea of the difference in the two? Wondering if OEM comes with something other than the glass .

OEM comes with dimming and heating functions.
