Headlight Replacement. Can't Remove Retaining Clip
 

I can't remove the retaining clip to replace the passenger's side low beam headlight bulb. Any advice? I was able to, with some difficulty, replace the driver's side but space is tighter on the passenger side.

First, unplug it then rotate it ccwise.
