My 1999 Lexus ES-300 TRAC OFF is always on Can someone tell me what may be the problem

 

Is your check engine light also on?

 

1) Check to see if the VSC/track on/off button is on.

2) Get an OBD II reader and check for error codes. Some auto parts stores will read the codes for free. The trac off light comes on when there are pending or actual errors.
