I found this cable tucked under my shifter...Any Ideas?

Does your es have the seat heaters? If not it might be the hookup for it. Just a guess.

that something you unplugged or just something that was just chillin underneath your shifter?

it's definately a OEM wire plug, i don't know what to,

If you car does NOT have the rear sundshade and/or the adjustable suspension, it may be the wiring harness for either switch (should it have been installed). Like fuse locations that aren't used some wiring harnesses maybe installed on all cars.

The switches for the sunshade and suspesion if they were installed, are located to the left of the shifter. A picture that shows the location of both is on page 77 of the 2002 owners manual.

Looks like the power cable to the ECT button.

I don't think '02 had an ECT button. I believe only the first-generation ES300 did. I'm with steviej, it looks like a wiring harness for some optional equipment which have switches in the shifter area.
