That Pioneer M30 CD changer has been discontinued for a long time, it probably may not work directly since the wire configuration is probably different for the Lexus.

The CD changer on my 1992 ES has died twice, now. They want $500+, and one hour labor ($86) to get me a rebuilt 6-CD changer at the Lexus dealer--too much. You can take the CD changer out of the trunk yourself with a phillips screwdriver and a 12 cm socket wrench. Take it to a stereo repair place and they will fix it or send it out to get fixed for $125-$200. Expensive but better than $600 (or no CD music!)

Im not sure if there are any that are compatible but I just installed a RF modulator CD changer. works fine, the sound quality is alright though.

Just go out and get a new one.. FM modulated or just get a new radio. It will sound a lot better. Otherwise look on ebay i guess..
