Default What would your headlight mod be?

I recently won a eBay auction for a pair of ES350 headlights. They were advertised as IS lights and the seller informed me after I won the auction. I figured that I would resell them after some sort of modification, so I kept them.

I thought of adding some LEDs and/or vinyl panels - maybe a small graphic on the low beam barrel. I know it's a Lexus and it has to be classy.

Anyways, if you were in the market for a headlight update, what would you like to see? Thanks!

I love the stock headlights... the only mod i did was only changing the bulb to the hid kit from ebay.
Costed me less than $40 including shipping and dont forget get the canceller to avoid flickering.
I love my HID.. the 8000K.

It is a great modification but nobody is going to buy a set of headlights to get it. They can buy the kit like you did. I usually improve the high beams on my cars because I live in deer country.

I wouldn't do that unless I was making a pair for a specific customer. Some places, like Connecticut, will give you a ticket for no amber reflector.

and color match the rest of the headlight same color as the car.
I planning of something like that. Since I don't know what color of car, I'm leaning towards gray or silver vinyl panels. Maybe a kanji symbol on the low beam barrel.

Add led strips like the new is.
I'm planning on adding LEDs but not exposed strips. The Lexus is too classy for that look. I might add something under the turn signal lens. Is there a way to disable the ES350 DRL's? I might sneak a individual LED in between the high and low beams pods.

projector retro fit and drl projector
I have put strobes in projector units before. I might be able to add a LED or six that would be used as DRL's.

Thanks again for the feedback. I'll post some work in progress pictures.

Step 1: take them apart - about 90 minutes - that black adhesive is like working with tar. Get it hot enough to soften and it sticks to everything. Now that I have them apart, I can try different things and take measurements. There seems to be enough room to do things.
