when i put my HID's in, everything was fine. but within about 5 days, I noticed that my clock is blank, and my power side-view mirrors don't work? is it probably just a fuse?

I'm running madcatz hid kits . I have 30k in low beams and 3k on fogs. Haven't had a issue with melting or anything like that. But consider relay harness .
