When you mean replace, would are you thinking about? There isnt many options, its either replace with new headlights or retrofit with projectors or upgrade to the HID headlights for the 2000 or 2001 ES300. I dont know if there is a difference with the JDM headlights. I replaced my headlights with the USDM Depo headlights, basically new replacements for the OEM I had in there already. If you want projectors, you would have to make them yourself or find someone who can do them for you. The other option, which I would do if I could find them, would be the HID headlights from the 2000-2001 ES300. You would probably have to get them from a salvage yard, if they had them. Ive dont think you can buy them brand new, unless you get them from the dealer and Im pretty sure they are very expensive from the dealer. The HID headlights are very rare to find, so if you can get them for a reasonable price, I would snag them. Good luck bro.

I've seen a few HID headlights [one side] on eBay this week for <150$ shipped...

Anyways, JDM headlights are aimed differently, in terms of side-side output, but whatever.

Yeah keep a look out for OEM ones on ebay. A lot of totaled cars appear randomly on there. If one gets totaled in the rear, the front is still near mint condition. That is how I eventuall got my new headlights and taillights. Just be patient! Don't settle for aftermarket junk.
