You are looking at paying some major bucks for a swap. Why not ditch the ES completely and just get a Swift Racing turbo kit for the GS300?

A swap will give you nothing but trouble in an ES (they're not a swap friendly car). Just get an es motor, build it and throw on some forced induction.

I don't know of any FWD that would be considered "swap-friendly." A lot of complicated angles and linkages to be worked out in a FWD vehicle. When you're running power through a driveshaft straight back, rather than across and to two steerable wheels, things are a bit simpler.
Speaking of RWD swaps, I saw someone put a 1UZ-FE (I believe that's the engine code) out of a 1st gen LS400 into an E36 BMW 3 series. Had some serious mods on the engine, claimed he could smoke an M3 of that generation (although the E36 gen M3 was only 240HP, I think the 1st gen LS engine put out at least 250 stock).
