Default drivers side window stuck

I was rolling down my window to wipe some condensation off my mirror, when i went to roll it back up I pushed it down to that "auto roll" setting, and heard horrible crunching noises and then could only get it to roll up 1/2 way. What am I in for? The FSM is kinda vague.

You will be purchasing a window regulator assembly. Done hundreds of them...

Does the 92-96 camry have the same regulator?
The motor works, it's just mechanically messed up. Hopefully some screw came loose or something.

I would say about 98% sure it's the regulator. And I would assume that they are the same part. If you heard crunching...it's pretty much for sure...

I found plastic junk in the bottom of my door. I have no idea from where, but the rod that open my door keeps popping off and I get trapped in my car for a few extra seconds.
The metal cable got all mangled and stuck. Quite a mess. Getting a replacement from a junkyard for $70, ouch. What a pain. At 3:00 AM, 40 degrees and 8 miles from my house.
