Fuel door stuck
 

I have some paint fading on my door handle and I would like proper instructions to buff it out

Well, the process is basically the same as for the rest of the car. Just prop up the handle from the back with something that won't scratch it, and start with the least aggressive polish first to see how it will go, moving progressively with more aggressive tools should you need it.
