Which Plug is cylinder 6?
 

I have a misfire in Cylinder 6. I plan on changing the spark plug and the Spark plug coil.
Can someone clarify which cylinder is cylinder 6 when looking at the engine from the front?

Below is a Cylinder Identification schematic. Before committing to a new coil, try swapping Coils 4 and 6 around to see if the misfire would switch to #4, if so, then yeah, you need a new coil.
