P1350 Code
 

Hello everyone am new here name is Phillip so i have a code P1350 VVT sensors bank 2 I bought the VVT at orielly's change them I got both bank 1 and 2. Check engine light is still on not to mention oxygen sensors are not complete, I am trying to pass my smog test in NV any suggestions

Did you check the old sensor or the wiring for it?
Have you tried resetting codes? You need to unplug the battery for a few minutes to reset DTC codes.

Those cars have troubles with aftermarket sensors, they rarely work as expected, you will be much better off using OEM or Denso ones. To test the sensor, glide it across any metal surface a couple of times with the AC Voltage meter hooked up, you should see spikes in voltage, you can also check the resistance of a sensor. The wiring on those is pretty simple, the sensor goes straight to the ECU, so shouldn't be too hard to test. As for the readiness monitor, try resetting the codes and going for a confirmation ride, here you can find more information about it. That should either set the Readiness Monitor, or give you an error code to fight with.
