my driver side window button blinks when i try to use it and the window will not go down at all .. all other windows seem to be working fine including the sunroof . seems like its the motor ? or could it just be the driver window switch that is blinking ? i did recently change the battery in the car but i did it quickly ( in under 5 minutes ....)

any ideas ? i tried the "reset technique" but since the driver window is NOT going down at all i'm guessing that is not it ...

If I understand correctly, blinking switch does mean that it needs to be initialized. Sometimes you need to slam the door a couple of times while holding the switch for the window to go down. If that won't help, you will probably have to dig in there and seeing if your motor works.
