Default So long and thanks for all the fish!!

Well it finally happened, time for a new car. I like sporty cars, but I think the old Lexus did spoil me a bit for quiet and luxury. I ended up getting a nice happy medium. The new S60 is a fantastic underrated car.

The old ES treated me very well over 7 years and 90k miles. Got me through buying a house, having a kid, starting a business. Thanks to this community and the information sharing, I had fun tinkering with it along the way, adding the Nakamichi, HIDs, AVS suspension, JDM folding mirrors. The rear fender rust was slowly expanding and the trans was getting flaky but she kept on trucking. I do miss the old girl, but pretty thrilled with my new ride!

I'm a big fan of the new Volvo's I think the interiors and exteriors are fantastic. Hopefully your car proves to be reliable, and congrats.

Its a lease (company car) so I'm not too worried about it. I do wonder how reliable is this T6 turbo AND supercharger setup ;-) Thanks again bud you were one of the most helpful around here.

Love the new volvos, probably where I'll head when I'm done with my GS. That being said my uncle is on his second S60 (first was a 2012, transmission grenaded at 87k, now a 2015 that is bruning 3 qrts of oil every 4K miles) That being said the generation you have is a whole different car, but now my family thinks I'm nuts for considering Volvos
