What part is this? Purge Valve?

Hey guys. Been a while. I have a 98 ES with 250k miles that I am replacing all of the vacuum lines on for good measure because some of them are still stock. As I was replacing some of the lines above the fuel rail, I noticed that two of the lines were hard as a rock and would not come off. The only way to get them off was to pry at them and it eventually broke the plastic component that it was attached to. I think it is a vacuum purge valve but I am not certain. I have attached an image below so that you guys can help me positively identify the part before I go ordering something incorrectly. In the image it is part that is circled in yellow. Any help identifying this is appreciated. Thanks!

So I have 3 VSV on the fuel rail? The red connector to the right of the one in question is also a VSV, then there is another VSV in the picture right above the one in question (although it is hard to see in this photo because some wiring is in the way). This is why I am confused, I do not understand why there would be 3 of these valves.

They work together to activate/deactivate your emissions controll systems. The particular one you are looking for is dorman pn# 911-619
