Tartar

1999 ES300 with 240,000 miles - Timing Belt, Water Pump, and Thermostat replaced at around 227,000 miles.
1) Low to no idle came out of nowhere. Cleaned IACV and car ran fine for a few weeks. Eventually, I had to replace the IACV and clean the throttle body.
2) High idle problems followed immediately after. Around 2,000 RPM in PARK and 1,200 RPM in DRIVE.
3) Soon after multiple misfires also followed. Replaced all spark plugs and #2 ignition coil. Fixed multiple misfires, but was still idling high.
4) Cleaned MAF sensor with MAF Sensor Spray and replaced Throttle Position Sensor. Now it won't start at all. It cranks, but won't turn over. NO CODES.

I can smell fuel every time I've tried to start the car. Sprayed some Starting Fluid into the air flow duct, but it still won't start. So I'm thinking that it isn't a fuel delivery issue? It can't be a spark issue either since I've replaced all the Spark Plugs and a defective ignition coil plus it should at least start if it were having "spark" issues. Right?

Anyway, I would appreciate any recommendations on how to proceed from here on. Thanks in advance!
