Default Front bumper question

Hi everyone,
I have a 1999 ES300 and I love the car. Recently I was rear ended but luckily it’s was only the bumper that was damaged. Since I had that replaced I realized the front bumper paint isn’t as good as it used to be. I was looking for a new bumper to replace it with. I am thinking of getting the 00-01 bumper on mine. I understand that I will have to buy new fog light housings as well. I am wondering has anyone tackled yhis job before? I really want this car to look as best as it can.
thank you

The front bumper is pretty easy to take off. But you will need new fog light assemblies if you get a 00-01 bumper. There is a couple PITA bolts but they are pretty straight forward on how you get them off.
