Default Power steering high pressure seized hex nut. How to cut the line?

The hex nut going on the rack is seized with the line so it won't turn. Many people advise to cut the line close to the hex nut and use a socket to take it out. Problem is, there is so little space, I have no tool that could fit in there to cut the line (Dremel, cut off toll etc.). As anyone been able to cut the line to fit a socket? If so what would work? Thanks in advance. John

Sheer it off with a chisel? I would not cut it with a blade metal filings will go into the rack.

I used my air hammer chisel with a long 7" shaft and it worked like a charm. Thanks for the hint! Now the last challenge, how to remove the highest hose bracket. There just seem to be no room for anything to reach there, crowfoot, whatever, I can't get nothing in there.
