Default Repairing cracked dash?

Ive got a 91 es250 and the interior is great except for a nice crack that just splits vertically in the middle of the dash just wondering if anyone has some good diy tips to repair it thanks.

This can be done IF you can find the correct graining paper I have not had luck finding any that match. Another way is to make your own using liquid silicone (from a hobby store). Either way the process is much like body work except you are using a vinyl filler then using the graining paper to blend with the surroundings. This type of repair is an art form if possible try and find a shop that specializes. Ideally you'd want to replace the dash padding but finding one will be nearly impossible unless you plan on driving to California.
