P1035 Code need some help.

Purchased a 2001 ES300 Coach series for $550 Yes $550 with 133K miles and need to get it road ready ran a code scan and the machine says P1035 which leads to a O2 sensor but doesn’t say which bank. Is it the one next to the firewall or by the radiator any help will be appreciated.

Do you mean P0135? If so Bank 1 (closest to radiator). Do NOT use generic sensors get a Denso from a reputable seller (Ebay has many fakes).

I’m sorry yes P0135

Use this link to find the correct Denso sensor. I would buy from Rockauto or a local auto parts store, Ebay is fine if you know for sure they are not selling fakes.

There is much confusion about this. Some info says bank 1 is where #1 cylinder is. BUT, some Toyota and Lexus service manuals say that bank 1 is the bank on the left side of the engine. Now you're going to say there is no left side on a FWD transverse engine, but it is meant to be thought of if the engine was north/south in a RWD car. So it comes down to how the part is listed on a parts site, I've seen it listed both ways.
