Help! 2005 ES330. Loose wire, where does it go??
 

So my girlfriends Lexus would not start today. She sent me this picture with a rogue wire that is coming from beneath the fuse box.. It looks like it corroded so badly it just fell off. I assume because of the corrosion that it came off the battery?? Does anyone know where this wire goes? If it does go on the battery would it go to the positive or negative post? Any help is very appreciated. Thank you.
