changed my timing belt
timing belt was changed at 90000 miles now I have 154000 miles on it, when do I need to change it again?

Read your owner's manual. It specifies all change intervals...

Unless you live in a broiling desert or race the car, 90~100k mi is a common interval, the book stating 90k.
