2000 ES300. Need help identifying flashing light

2000 ES300. Need help identifying flashing light
I recently bought a 2000 ES300 and there is an orange light blinking on the dash just below the odometer. Can someone tell me what this light means?

Welcome to CL DragonByte! Congrats on the ES300.
I have a 1998 ES, that location where it's flashing is were the check engine light is. I know on other models with auto leveling systems they have this issue that you have in the video. When I get into my car tomorrow morning I'll take a look again and let you know.

It seems like it's between the Check Engine & TRAC OFF instrument lights for what saw this morning went I turned on the accessory/ignition. Like I said before it has to be something with the HID auto leveling system I believe, I'm not familiar with this since I own a 1998.
