AC blowing hot air
Changed my thermostat as a DIY project a couple days ago. Completed the job and now I have no overheating issues but another issue has surfaced after the job was completed. My AC is blowing hot air. I put the ac on max cold, there arent any blinking lights or leaks but one of the hoses to the air filter housing did break off accidentally. Could this be the problem? I feel like I may have connected a hose somewhere it wasn’t at before. I’ll switch them around later but I wanted to see wat else could cause this issue in case neither was the issue. Any tips or thoughts? I own a 03 ES300

Hello,
Did the AC work before you began the project?
The best thing to do right now is to run HVAC System Self-Check. To do that, press Recirculation and Auto buttons together, and then, while holding those buttons, switch the ignition to the ON position. After that, you should see a display self-check, and then error codes flashing one-by-one; you can find all the trouble codes here.
P.S. If you will get a code 21, don't worry, it may pop-up from time-to-time. It is a Solar Sensor code, and it may pop-up because it is too dark.
Hope this helps and best of luck.
